1. Who we are

This service is operated by Adhithi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].

2. The service

We provide a free online learning platform that helps children in Years 4–6 prepare for 11+ entrance examinations through practice questions, mock exams and progress tracking. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to GL Assessment, ISEB, CEM, any examination board, school or local authority. Question styles are inspired by publicly known exam formats; all content is original or licensed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Our content

All questions, passages, explanations, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to Adhithi Ltd. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use them for your family's exam preparation while you have an account. Tutors and schools may not use the service commercially without our written permission.

6. The service is provided free and "as is"

The service is currently free. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features (or the whole service) at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice of significant changes.

Practice results and mastery scores are indicative only. We do not guarantee any exam outcome, school place or level of improvement.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, as a free service we are not liable for loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

8. Ending your account

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. If we make material changes we will let you know by email or a notice in the service; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts).
